accommodate cancellation requests after an order has been

You may return or exchange your purchase only in
accordance with our Refund Policy.

shipping carrier, title and risk of loss transfer to you.

The Valyra name, logo, product names, designs, and
slogans are trademarks of Valyra. You may not use such
trademarks without our prior written permission. All
other names, logos, and trademarks appearing on the
Services are the property of their respective owners.

You may be given access to third-party tools through the
Services, which we do not monitor or control. You
acknowledge that such tools are provided "as is" and

that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of sales
between you and Valyra, including any injury, damage, or
loss resulting from the purchase of products and
services. You hereby release Shopify and its affiliates
from any claim, damage, and liability arising from or
related to your purchase and transaction with Valyra.

PUNITIVE, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND
ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES OR ANY PRODUCT
PURCHASED THROUGH THE SERVICES.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Valyra,
Shopify, and our respective affiliates, partners,
employees, and agents from any claim, damage, or
liability, including reasonable attorney fees, arising
from your breach of these Terms, your violation of any
law or third-party rights, or your use of the Services.
SECTION 19 - SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful,
void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed
severable from these Terms and shall not affect the
validity of the remaining provisions.
