SHIPPING POLICY

PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after 
payment is confirmed. You will receive a confirmation 
email once your order has been placed, and a separate 
email with tracking information as soon as it ships.

We do not process or ship orders on weekends or public 
holidays.

SHIPPING TIMES

Our products are shipped from our fulfillment center 
within the European Union. Estimated delivery times after 
processing are as follows:

Australia & New Zealand: 6-12 business days
United Kingdom: 4-8 business days
Rest of Europe: 3-6 business days

Please note these are estimates and not guarantees. 
Delivery times may vary due to customs processing, 
courier delays, or circumstances beyond our control.

SHIPPING RATES

We are pleased to offer free shipping on all orders, 
with no minimum purchase required.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES

Depending on your country's regulations, your order may 
be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied 
once the package reaches your country. Valyra is not 
responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or 
related charges. These charges are the responsibility 
of the customer and are not included in the item price 
or shipping cost.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number 
via email. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking 
information to update after dispatch.

LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES

If your order has not arrived within the estimated 
delivery window, please contact us at 
support@valyrabeauty.com with your order number, and 
we will investigate the issue with our shipping partners.

INCORRECT ADDRESS

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. 
We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to 
an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the 
customer. If you notice an error after placing your 
order, contact us immediately at support@valyrabeauty.com 
so we can attempt to correct it before dispatch.
