RETURNS & REFUNDS

We want you to love your Valyra experience. If you're 
not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer 
a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of delivery.

Due to the nature of our skincare products, for hygiene 
and safety reasons we are unable to accept physical 
returns of opened products. Instead, simply contact us 
at support@valyrabeauty.com within 30 days of delivery, 
and we'll process a refund or replacement — no need to 
send anything back.

DAMAGES & ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item 
is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us 
immediately at support@valyrabeauty.com with your order 
number and a photo of the item, and we'll make it right.

EXCEPTIONS

Sale items and gift cards are not eligible for refunds.

EU 14-DAY COOLING-OFF PERIOD

If you're shopping from within the European Union, you 
have the right to cancel your order within 14 days, for 
any reason, without justification, in accordance with 
EU consumer protection law.

REFUNDS

Once approved, refunds are processed automatically to 
your original payment method within 10 business days. 
Please note that your bank or card provider may take 
additional time to reflect the refund. If more than 15 
business days have passed since your refund was 
approved, contact us at support@valyrabeauty.com.
